
CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a client needs to cancel or move an appointment we require a 24 hour notice before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

All new color clients will require a complimentary consultation before a service booking. At that time a card will be put on file to reserve the appointment.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service.
* Keep note the amount for the fee can be applied to your next scheduled appointment at a later date. Speak to your stylist for details *

A "no show" or "no call" will be charged 100% of the service amount

If running late please contact your stylist via text to inform them of estimated arrival
